Each Day during the 7-Day Kwanzaa celebration (Dec. 26 - Jan. 1) we host what we call "Kwanzaa Conversations". It's where we take time to discuss and commit to the principal for the day. The Kwanzaa principal for today is Ujima, which means "Collective Work & Responsibility"  in Swahili.
