Part 4B of 5: Today we completed chapter 4 of James focusing on the last six principles. While highlighting the Shortness of Life, we drilled down into two important aspects: Our Tongue and Our Time. We were encouraged to "Train Our Tongue" and "Steward Our Time". Feel free to listen to the sermon or browse the flipbook. Continued Blessings,

Part 4A of 5: Today, on our journey thru the Epistle of James, we discussed Chapter 4 which focused on HUMILITY (from a global perspective). Although we focused on one chapter, it contained 11 tools for Practical Christian Living. We discussed the first 5 (the next six will be discussed on Thursday night). Feel free to listen to the sermon or browse the flipbook.

Part 3 of 3: Well, I seemed to have confused a few folks (based on feedback). So, tonight we took a more "systematic" approach to explaining the conflict in the Middle East. We took a book-by-book approach as well as discussing how we got the Nation of Israel. Feel free to listen to the sermon or browse the flipbook.

Part 2 of 3: Tonight's lesson explains the Biblical underpinnings that explains the genesis (beginning) of the conflict in the Middle East, WITHOUT THE POLITICS. The Bible teaches us that it's a fight between Israel and Canaan (modern-day Palestine according to most scholars on the matter). Feel free to listen to the sermon or browse the flipbook.

Many are wondering what's "really" going on with all the conflict in the Middle East. Better yet, what does the Bible say about the conflict. Are there Biblical implications surrounding the fighting? Or is it more political in nature. This series unpacks the Biblical dynamics of the conflict. Feel free to listen to the sermon or browse the flipbook. Continued Blessings,

There are times when it seems we've been set-up to fail. Well, in today's lesson that's exactly what happened to Joseph. His own family sought evil against him. But, God blessed Joseph in spite of their evil intentions. Although he was set-up to fail, he knew God meant it for good. Try to find the "good" in your set-up because that's most likely where the purpose of your persecution is hiding.

In today's message, we take a look at what you've packed in your "luggage" for your trip (the journey we call life). As we trek through life, there's a tendency for us to bring along unhealthy experiences and expectations into our relationships, careers, ministries, communities, families, etc. Take time...check your luggage (life) and REMOVE THE UNHEALTHY ITEMS from your luggage (life). On this journey called life, there are times when it seems as if troubles are an everyday reality. And, as Believers, if we're not careful we'll forget that God (as King of kings - Rev. 17:12-14) has ALL POWER & ALL AUTHORITY!!! So, when things get a little rough (and they will) BE ENCOURAGED and remember "The King Has The Last Move" no matter how bad it looks... Continued Blessings,
